Dear Guy Harvey Outpost Customer, The Islander Resort, a Guy Harvey Outpost, in Islamorada, has suffered some damage on the oceanside from Hurricane Irma but we remain hopeful for a quick rebuild. We are happy to report that all the staff has been accounted for and are safe.
Currently, the damage and utilities are being assessed and we hope to have more updates on the repair and re-opening date by the end of the week. Please understand that much of this will depend on the various government authorities, access to the islands, the availability of staff, materials as well as many other factors.
If you have an individual reservation with the Islander (for both Oceanside & Bayside) within the next couple of months, you should make alternative plans. We cannot access the current data information, so send us an email with your name, confirmation number, dates, amount of deposit (if any), phone number and mailing address to email@example.com. Once we can retrieve the information and there is access to the financial records, refunds can then begin to be processed.
If you have a group, event or wedding, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the group name/code, contact names, phone number, email address, dates, room block information, event details, deposit details and as much information as possible so that we can assist you in the most efficient manner.
